Sometimes there are just too many things going through my mind & it's hard trying to organize them & put them into action..

Alright, I haven’t been updating this blog! So much stuff happened & I will try my best to write as much as possible :D

Work has been boring and I am really thankful that it’s gonna end in another 2 weeks time! Yay! Okay, brought my family to this restaurant at Bt Timah Queen’s Road. It was quite good but I felt that it tasted better the previous time I went there!

I finally went to the legendary thai food at Yishun area with justin. The food is not bad but apparently, due to the large crowd, the kitchen staffs actually prepare all the food beforehand & when customers order the food, almost all of the items are served within 10 minutes. Quite sad that the food tasted a little cold because the food there is really quite good! The thing is, we went on a Monday night & it’s already very crowded. I wonder what happens if I go there on a weekend. Haha. No idea when I will be back there again!

On the 9th June, I FINALLY MET UP WITH MY FAR EAST GIRLS =D I haven’t seen them for almost a year & it’s really great seeing them, especially wee may, kamie & Jennifer. As usual, they treated me like a xiao mei mei & showered me with lots of love, care and concern. Surprising, nothing has been done to improve the office condition.

Yupp! COR 2009 has finally ended & there’s just so much to say. We had song sign practice at SMU basement & it’s really fun to song sign. Hope that I can join Christmas song-signing end of this year because I love Christmas =)

No doubt we were all very caught up with COR stuff, I felt really happy being part of COR. I couldn’t really sleep the night before as I was caught up with packing my stuff & settling some school admin stuff. Thanks to Chuan Han’s parents for fetching me to Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal early morning! Upon reaching Bintan, we played some games & started water activities. OMG I did snorkeling for the first time ever in my life!! Though I cant really swim but it’s great looking at the corals & fishes. Haha. I didn’t get to see many fishes because of my slow movement BUT the sea water was really SALTY! Omg! Felt as if I was forced to swallow one big pack of salt down my throat. YUCKS. After that we did sampan rolling. It may sound easy but it’s definitely not! My paddle keeps falling off & my boat always shaking & that it could capsize any moment! Ouch. Yes so that’s the very eventful day  subsequently, we took a boat back to our campsite & pitched our tents there. I couldn’t remember how long ago did I cook using mass tin but it was fun cooking instant noodle with egg, vegetable & fish ball. Haha. I am glad some of us had fun!

Day 2: we woke up & trainers told us some of the haunted stories! Faints. I wouldn’t have dared to stay at that place if they had told me the story earlier on. According to them, Pontianak exists & they will usually climb up the trees with face covered with hairs. They make weird noises at night and the louder the noise is, the further they are from us. According to the legend, red threads are tied to nails and they are hammered onto the trees. Locals believe that by hammering the nail with the red thread, it prevents Pontianak from climbing down the tree. Well, some will argue that the strings are there for handing stuff. Ha. Yupp! We had buns for breakfast & headed back to the hotel. Did mangrove reforestation and enjoyed thoroughly. Hopefully I will be back there 3 years down the road to see the mangrove that we planted. Mystery trail was quite fun but it’s quite scary walking down the lane alone! Haha =)

Day 3: Did trekking and local CIP. There a girl named Anisa and she’s really cute! Will update the photos someday =) seafood dinner was great and the stars at Bintan are really pretty! Lifesmith surprised us with fireworks at night! Pretty pretty =)

There’s just so much more to say and I really treasure the friendships forged throughout the entire camp.

Will be back again for COR 2010! Cheers 
